We were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the nearby attractions and the beautiful park right across the street added to the serene ambiance. The service here was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping services available. Our room was always impeccably clean thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. The hotel also offers a range of amenities including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a flat-screen TV and an AM/FM alarm clock in our room.
Highly recommend this hotel to others.

Location is great and personnel is friendly. The hotel was situated only 1 mile from portal del quindio. Close to the airport, 12 miles. We think we recommend to anyone

We found a great place to stay on our family trip. the hotel is located in a fantastic spot just across a beautiful park, and we could easily walk to see all the sights. the room was clean, and the service was excellent. the breakfast was delicious, and they had plenty of options. We also enjoyed the great view from our room's balcony.
The noise from the street was a bit overwhelming at times.

We loved the hotel for its cleanliness, convenient hotel facilities, ample parking, and location directly opposite a beautiful park. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We were able to walk everywhere, as everything was within walking distance.

The housekeeping service was exceptional, with everything being spotlessly clean. the location was perfect for exploring the local area and enjoying the beautiful views. One of the best aspects was the variety of wonderful foods on offer at reasonable prices.
The room was incredibly noisy due to its location on a busy road. We were also disappointed to find out that we had to pay for small packages of shampoo and other amenities that we thought were complementary.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was quite clean upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.
The noise level was unbearable. The room faced the busy street, and the sound of traffic was non-stop throughout the night.
